Transportation
Due to
the large number of participants (more than 1000), IAMAS LOC
is not able to pick you up at the airport. Please read below
instruction carefully to get the transportation information.

Taxi fare from the airport to hotels is about 100
yuan in RMB
(approx.
US$12). You would have to pay 10 yuan toll fee. We suggest
you waiting for a taxi at the airport designated taxi station
(Exit No. 7). Please ask for a receipt with the taxi registration
number in case you require special assistance when you arrive
at the hotel. If someone approaches you in the airport lobby
and offers to take you to the hotel, we advise that you do
not take his or her car.
To
avoid getting on the illegitimate cars, please note:
1. The
official taxi's plate number start with  ,
such as 
. Please note down the taxi number in case you need help.
2.
The meter in the car should start to work once you show the
driver where to go. If the taxi driver doesn't use meter but
tells you that the fee is more than 100 yuan, don't argue
with him/her. Just let him/her take you to BICC or the hotel
and ask IAMAS LOC staff or hotel security guard to deal with
it.
3.Please
ask for a receipt with the taxi registration number in case
you require special assistance when you arrive at the hotel.
4. You
may also take airport shuttle and take a taxi to BICC or hotel
after getting off at Anhui Overpass. The taxi fee is about
10 yuan in RMB. Details can be found below.
The red
light behind the glass window indicates that the taxi is available.
The windows at both sides of the back seat of the taxi include an
indication of the fare for the taxi.
The minimum charge for the first kind of the taxi is 10 yuan RMB and
1.60 yuan RMB per kilometer will be added onto it after driving 4
kilometer.
The minimum charge for the second kind of taxi is also 10 yuan RMB
and 2.00 yuan RMB per kilometer will be added onto it after driving
3 kilometer.
If you take a taxi from 23:00 to 05:00, the meter will automatically
add 20% to the charge. In addition, the passengers are requested to
pay any tolls and parking fees that are needed. Note that it can be
difficult to get a taxi alongside Chang'an Street near Tian¨an Men
Square.
It takes about 45 minutes by car from the airport to the convention
center and hotel areas. English/Chinese instruction can be found
below.
Those who
booked Huiyuan Apartment please go to Building E to check
in if you arrive earlier than Aug. 1. If you arrive in the
daytime on or after Aug. 1, you may go to BICC to register
first. Our staff will take you to Huiyuan Apartment. Otherwise,
you may also go directly to Building E (one-bedroom suite
and three-bedroom suite) or Building N (two-bedroom suite)
of Huiyuan Apartment, where the reception desk is (see below).
From
airport to convention center and hotel area:

An
airport shuttle is also available from/to the airport.
From the airport to the hotels:
Please take bus No. 5 or Line E to Zhong Guan Cun and get off at An
Hui Qiao Overpass. You will have to walk about 1000 meters east from
the bus stop to get to the convention and hotel area. Or you
may take a taxi. The fee is about 10 yuan in RMB.
To the airport:
Please take the bus at An Hui Qiao Overpass 1000 meters west of BICC.
The
shuttle fee is 16 yuan in RMB (Approx $2). The earliest shuttle is 8:30 and
the latest is 21:30 and they set off every half an hour.
