1. For general participants and students the registration fee includes
attendance to all scientific sessions;
admission to the exhibitions;
one welcome reception and one IAMAS banquet;
coffee breaks and lunches on weekdays;
one city tour (please browse Social Activities/ Tours);
a hard copy and a CD-ROM of the meeting programme and the abstract volume.

2. Students should fax the conference secretariat a copy of students' ID and their supervisors' recommendation with signature when they pay the registration fee.

3. For accompanying persons the fee includes
one welcome reception and one IAMAS banquet;
coffee breaks on weekdays;
one city tour

4. Accompanying persons may buy coupons on-site to    attend lunches and coffee breaks.

Please make sure to clearly state the name of the participant on the transfer slip and make sure to instruct your bank to make payment "net of all charges for the payee" (all bank charges have to be borne by the sender). Please remember to keep a copy for your own records and inform the conference secretariat via email.

2.By authorizing us to charge your credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Diners Club and JCB), please clearly specify your credit card details in the payment form for credit card. 3. Please note that bank transfer and credit card are not accepted after 15 July 2005.

4. All payments should be in US dollars.

5. Credit card and cash can be accepted on site.

Registration Refund Policy

    A written notification of cancellation from attendees must be received and confirmed by the conference secretariat before a refund can be issued. An administrative charge and all bank charges will be deducted from the amount according to the date the cancellation letter is received:
$ 35 administrative charge for cancellation received before 15 June 2005;
$ 70 administrative charge for cancellation received before 15 July 2005;
After 15 July 2005, no refund can be made.
    Please note that, all refunds will be made after the conference.
